In the near future the senior members of the Cultural Health Club will look to consult on Anti-racism in work places. This will include providing guidance on inclusivity and diversity policies within large organisations, both in healthcare or other sectors.
The aim here is to outline basic understanding around environmental factors that create bias, both within and around decision making.
We believe knowledge is not the only factor in changing an organisation, theoretical understanding of how decisions are made is essential, we have to create new algorithms, ways to change the narrative of the organisation.
Initial approach needs to be centered around an audit of the organisation.

Guest Talks to organisations providing an outside perspective and teachings
Consultation would be discussion around an audit review in the short to long term.
